  From the beginning it was a great experience, they were understanding that we werent ready after the quote they gave us but then we found the floor we wanted and called them immediately. Catie made it go so smooth for us and she was an incredibly great help. When it came down to the install Carlos and his guys were excellent!!! Now we are thinking of doing our upstairs as well they will be getting a phone call from us!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
