  The service is the worst I've ever had. I submitted a service request on July 16th and still to this day Aug 15th I have not been able to get my service. I keep calling and every time someone says someone will call you back no call back. I had someone last week tell me somebody would be out on Thursday between 12 and 2 no call and no show. This is extremely unacceptable not professional at all. I wouldn't give a star if you didn't have too just so you can submit the post
